Specifications include, but are not limited to: Hydronic chilled water supply and return piping from the new Central Utility Plant to Concourse B (east utility corridor) Hydronic hot water supply and return piping from the new Central Utility Plant to Concourse B (east utility corridor) Dual storm drainage conveyance systems parallel to Taxiway C terminating at new ponds (west utility corridor) De‐icing/Water Quality Pond, Detention Pond, and outfall structure with supporting IT, sanitary, and power infrastructure Reclaimed water main extension from landside connection to Concourse B (west utility corridor) Medium Voltage electrical distribution system including duct bank from the new Austin Energy Timber Creek Substation to the new AUS Medium Voltage power distribution center, and ductbank from the AUS Medium Voltage power distribution center to new Central Utility Plant and Concourse B with route under Runway 18L‐36R and parallel to Taxiway B. Evaluate and design an alternative for a redundant AUS medium voltage power distribution center, ductbank and power distribution from AUS redundant medium voltage power distribution center along the east and north side of the airfield. Information technology/telecom duct bank expansion with manhole structures (east and west utility corridor) Coordination with other potential utilities including extensions, modifications, or connections that may be identified as the AEDP program progresses. Other utilities include but are not limited to domestic and fire protection water, reclaimed water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, natural gas, hydronic systems, electrical systems, airfield lighting, fueling, and FAA/ AUS communication systems.
