Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of this project involves the mowing and baling of grass within the premises of the South Texas Regional Airport as shown in Appendix “A”. The objective is to maintain the aesthetics, safety, and functionality of the airport grounds by managing the grass growth through regular mowing and proper disposal of the cut grass via baling, and for the Vendor to keep any and all proceeds from the sale or disposal of the baled grass. The project will commence on a mutually agreed upon date as would be memorialized in the sample license agreement shown as Appendix “B”, and continue on a recurring basis as per the agreed-upon schedule until further notice. Vendor shall: Utilize appropriate mowing/baling equipment to cut and bale the grass to the minimum specified height as determined by airport management. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during mowing operations to prevent any potential hazards to airport operations or personnel.
