Specifications include, but are not limited to: Discount and/or Pricing Assumptions. Voluntary benefit plan pricing should include, but is not limited to the following: 1. Competitive group plan pricing with service offerings, either basic, buy-up, or multi-policy discount options. 2. Multi-year premium rate guarantees with singular or base/buy-up options where applicable. 3. Flexibility for policy customization to ensure that County employee and retiree population needs are met through group plan options versus individual plans, including portability options for all products. B. Vendors are to provide custom materials for Tarrant County during open enrollment periods and in support of other County-sponsored events.
