Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Provide all labor and materials required to perform Band Repairs, Sheet Music, Supplies and Equipment. b. All services shall be scheduled through the campus band director(s). c. While performing services, the vendor shall comply with all federal, state and local laws, regulations and codes. In addition, the vendor will take all steps necessary to observe all safety precautions while holding harmless the district from any and all claims arising from performing such services. d. During the terms of this contract, the vendor will maintain all applicable state and local licensing. The vendor shall notify the District in writing of any citations from or other complaints lodged with any state or local agencies within 14 days of becoming aware of the citation or complaint.
