Beacon Communities is part of the portfolio of the Housing Authority of the City of San Antonio, Texas, and its affiliated entities a/k/a (“Opportunity Home San Antonio”), hereby invites qualified, experienced property management companies to provide property management, maintenance, and compliance services in Opportunity Home’s Beacon property portfolio. Opportunity Home will consider proposals from responsible organizations or individuals currently engaged in the performance of property management services who have competency in performing comparable on-site property management for similar properties, acceptable financial resources, and personnel staffing to perform the requested services.
