Specifications include, but are not limited to: In order to be in compliance with federal, state and local purchasing laws, the Birdville Independent School District (BISD) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for Beverage & Vending Machine Services. This contract is for snacks and beverage vending at reasonable prices for Birdville ISD students, staff, and faculty, and for product purchase on an as-needed basis. This contract will be awarded to one or more Proposers as determined to be the best value for the District. The awarded vendor will furnish full service vending by providing equipment, product, and services required for a complete vending operation. There is no guaranteed amount of business, expressed or implied, to be purchased, or contracted for by BISD. However, the Proposer shall furnish all required goods and/or services to the District at the stated price, when and if required.
