• In consideration of allowing the awarded Vendor access to SISD's schools, offices and departments, the awarded Vendor agrees to pay a commission percentage of the gross sales to SISD's schools and departments. • All awarded Vendor(s) shall comply with all city, country, state, or federal regulations and laws pertaining to the vending service operation. • The District requires a “full-service” program whereby the selected vendor will load machines and handle all monies generated. The selected Vendor shall provide an accounting of all sales and monies in a form satisfactory to the District. • Commissions become District property at the moment a beverage sell is made. Commissions will be paid monthly, within 15 days after the end of the calendar month
