Specifications include, but are not limited to: Our vision is that this initiative will have two significant stages. The first stage will document the high-level end-to-end process of moving students through our college from initial contact with recruiters through graduation and job placement. In addition to the value chain process, we would like to document the customer experience journey through this time frame. The analysis intends to help TSTC achieve our strategic imperatives by optimizing the value chain processes and the customer experience derived from them. The study will inform a requirements roadmap for achieving optimization. Stage two of this project will be multiple cycles of analysis into value chain segments, considering several variables that may impact how the processes are executed and the resulting customer experience.
