Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall operate and manage the activities of the cafeteria. The District has currently identified the main kitchen cafeteria at the Kazen Building located at West End Washington St., however has added other food sub-station(s) at the Lewis Energy Academic Building (LEAC) and South Campus located at the Academic and Advanced Technology Center (Building C). The District reserves the right to add and relocate food sub-stations as needed during the term of the contract. The main Kitchen Cafeteria will be the only location where the food will be prepared. The sub-stations are intended to be offsite locations where food can also be offered to College students, faculty, and staff. It is the District's intent is to evaluate the quality and services offered by the Contractor to other clients from the collection of reference data obtained which is in the best interest of the students, faculty and staff. The District will consider for award only those Contractors that have an excellent track record of service and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the food service industry
