4.4 Specifications It is the intention of HCDE to establish one or more contract(s) with highly qualified Vendor(s) for CASE for Kids. Ability to provide unique content-based services to out-of-school programs. Ability to set hourly fee for service-by-service area. Capacity to provide in person or virtual services in one or more out-of-school time programs. Ability to provide age and developmentally appropriate literacy/numeracy or other opportunities that lead to knowledge acquisition as evidenced by the Vendor Project Information form. Using the academic resources provided by CASE for Kids, incorporate either literacy/numeracy or other elements into current vendor lesson plans. Vendor(s) shall, at the request of HCDE, provide these products and/or covered services under the terms of this RFP and the Contract set forth in Section 7.0 Contract Terms and Conditions a) Scope of Work: Contracted services to be considered in this solicitation may consist of, but not limited to: Out of school time direct services or virtual services provided in the out-of-school time setting in schools, community centers or other out-of-school time venues. Provide age-appropriate content for youth served. Provide one-time educational session or multiple sessions. Submission of timely invoices for services delivered. Provide program data and narrative summary as requested by CASE for Kids.
