Cable services are already set up at the locations listed This specification is for access to programming cable television services for DOA. List of Locations/Contacts: The list of locations and contacts are included in Attachment II. Schedule: Services are required daily for cable television viewing by DOA customers. Includes 100 TVs to have cable service. Totaling 100 TV’s that requires service. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS The Awarded Contractor must provide a Certificate of Insurance showing General Liability, Automobile, and Workers Compensation/ Employers Liability Insurance coverage. The City of Dallas will be provided a Waiver of Subrogation waiving Rights of Recovery against City of Dallas on the Workers Compensation/Employer Liability policy. The city will be shown as the certificate holder. This insurance must stay in force for the duration of the contract.
