The required services to be provided are basic cable television services for residential homes and non-residential offices, and broadband business internet services for non-residential buildings at the Mexia State Supported Living Center (MSSLC) Campus. The current infrastructure includes fiber internet to certain buildings. No existing fiber conduit or other infrastructure is available to connect all the buildings, and there is no internet available at all 80 locations. Additionally, MSSLC is not open to using streaming or dish services instead of traditional cable/satellite services. The Contractor shall provide the following: a) Basic Cable for Residential Homes: Basic cable television services in 65 residential units, to be situated in dayrooms and activity areas. There are 65 separate locations in the common areas of residential housing that need cable. All homes, except for Camp Rip and the General Store, are located at 540 Chapel Dr., Mexia, TX, on the MSSLC Campus. The General Store is located in town at 200 E. Rusk, Mexia, TX 76667. Camp Rip is located at 168 Burr Oak B-1, Mexia, TX 76667.
