Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1. The Contractor may be requested to perform services in any of the facilities owned by the Airport. Contractor shall provide all the tools and transportation required to perform services at no additional cost to the Airport. 3.2. Contractor must: 3.2.1. provide a variety of dietary needs (e.g., gluten free, vegetarian, etc.). 3.2.2. provide all personal protective equipment (PPE) for safe food handling and service. 3.2.3. have ability to serve the number of staff as identified on the pricing form. 3.2.4. be able to independently staff set-up, distribute meals and teardown for each of the events within the following schedule: 3.2.4.1. Arrival/Setup Time: A minimum of thirty (30) minutes prior to the event start time 3.2.4.2. Event Start Time: Serving starts 3.2.4.3. Event End Time: Serving ends 3.2.4.4. Cleanup Time: Thirty (30) minutes following the event end time 3.2.4.5. Will confirmed estimated people attending at the time of the quote request. Estimated attendees provided in the Pricing Form. 3.3. Airport will: 3.3.1. Provide a minimum of 5 business days for new events. 3.3.2. Provide a minimum of 72 hours for changes of an existing event scheduled. 3.3.3. Electricity will not be provided, see Section 4 below for the use of generators. 3.3.3.1.1. Location of Event: Will be provided at the time of the quote request. All food orders must come with pre-packaged utensils and napkins. To-go packaging must be available, if requested. 3.4. No scheduled event will be affected by inclement weather.
