Specifications include, but are not limited to: Line item #1: Lease of lighting for holiday season 1 lot $ (November 2013 through MLK Day). Quantity of lights provided must be sufficient for lighting of approximately 39 trees located on and within a block of the downtown square. (trees 1-39 on Exhibit A) as well as lighting of planter boxes located on the west side of Austin Avenue between 7th and 8th Streets (trees 34-38 on Exhibit A). The trees contained in the planter boxes are smaller trellises must be installed as necessary to provide appropriate support for lighting. Line item #2: Same as item #1 for purchase of lighting. 1 lot $ The City will select between line item #1 and line item #2 at time of award. All items below must be priced for either option. Line item #3: Installation and deinstallation of lighting described above. 1 lot $ To include all equipment, materials and labor the City will not provide any equipment or materials for installation. OPTIONAL ITEMS: Lighting of four trees located on private property on Austin Avenue between 6th and 7th (labeled trees A -D on Exhibit A). This option may be exercised provided the City obtains permission from the owner for the installation which must be performed in accordance with all specifications, terms and conditions as the installation of lighting on City property. Quantity of lights provided must be sufficient for lighting of 4 trees located in the downtown square area near Bank of America. Line item #5 (optional): Same as item #4 for purchase of lighting. 1 lot $ The City will select between line item #4 and line item #5 if option is exercised. All items below must be priced for either option. Line item #6 (optional): Installation and deinstallation of lighting described under 1 lot $ OPTIONAL ITEMS/Line item #4 or Line item #5. Lighting of up to 13 trees surrounding the Williamson County Courthouse located on the courthouse lawn (trees 1-13 on Exhibit B). Pricing must be itemized by tree and the City will specify the number of trees in the event this item is awarded. This option may be exercised provided the City obtains permission from Williamson County for the installation which must be performed in accordance with all specifications, terms and conditions as the installation of lighting on City property. Permanent lighting of the building cornice outline of the buildings directly across from the Williamson County Courthouse including Austin Avenue, and to include areas that have lights along 7th, 8th and Main Streets. The lights and fixture must be of a sufficient quality to withstand year round display. This option may be exercised provided the City obtains permission from the owner for the installation which must be performed in accordance with all specifications, terms and conditions as the installation of lighting on City property.
