Lewisville Independent School District is accepting proposals for Communications, Audio Visual and Media Related Products and Services. Lewisville ISD is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) #3303-25 Communications, Audio Visual and Media Related Products and Services to invite qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals for a wide range of communications and media products and related services, such as, but not limited to, branding, community engagement, internal and external communications, and marketing through multiple channels, including audiovisual, graphic design, photography, and content creation. The District is requesting competitive proposals from firms or individuals with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Audiovisual Services, Logo Design, and Branding, Graphic Design, Photography, Consulting Services for Communications, and Strategy Content Writing (including newsletters, articles, press releases, social media posts, and website content). All interested firms or individuals, including sole source providers, are encouraged to respond to this request for proposal in its entirety and should submit all required bid attachments regardless of sole source status to be considered. The evaluation criteria of incomplete proposals will be impacted by missing or incomplete information.
