The University desires to enter into a consulting partnership in order to meet TAMUT’s key, short-term institutional goals and strengthen the advancement program for the long-term. At a minimum, the scope of services should include: • Initial Advancement Program Assessment and Recommendations • Assistance Developing and Implementing a Comprehensive Fund Development Program • Provide counsel to enhance the efforts of Development Services in effective database utilization, prospect research, gift recording/acknowledgement, stewardship, and gift reports • Alumni Relations, Parent Engagement, and Communications • President, Foundation Board Members, and Campaign Volunteer Education The services will be provided in accordance with the terms, conditions, requirements, and specifications set forth in this RFP. Specifications are set forth as an attachment to this RFP and will become a part of the contract as if written herein. This RFP provides sufficient information for interested parties to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by the University.
