Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Austin Convention Center Department (ACCD) is considering adding a Business Center operation to its list of available amenities. ACCD is requesting information from companies experienced in providing management, staffing and other services related to the customer needs in support of convention center Business Centers. These services include but are not limited to print/copy/fax, small package shipping, receiving, storage and delivery, custom print jobs (i.e., brochures, business cards, signage, posters, etc.), sale of office supplies, scooter rentals, and access to computers/print stations, and other services as agreed upon by the ACCD clients, exhibitors and attendees.
