Specifications include, but are not limited to: Texas State University is requesting competitive proposals for selection of one or more responsive and responsible individuals or firms to provide holistic corporate relations management. 4.1. ENGAGEMENT FRAMEWORK: The company hired is to build a recommendation for the corporate engagement framework for Texas State University. The framework will account for who the team managing corporate partnerships will be and how they will report on engagement efforts (upward) and receive feedback from leadership. 4.2. DISCOVERY WORK: The company hired will conduct discovery sessions with key leaders across campus to plan for the way Texas State can engage with outside companies. 4.3. IDENTIFY COMPANIES: The company hired will provide reports on companies for Texas State University’s team to use in evaluating the holistic value of potential corporate partnerships. 4.4. TRAINING: The company hired will provide Texas State with the ability to activate, manage, and measure corporate partnerships.
