Specifications include, but are not limited to: The EAP shall provide confidential access to professional counseling, training and educational services for help in confronting such personal problems, including but not limited to, vocational issues, alcohol and other substance use, marital, family, financial or legal matters, and physical and emotional impact of physical conditions/concerns and behavioral health issues, secondary trauma, anxiety, and stress. The DFPS EAP is available to Clients, including all employees and their immediate family members and dependents or persons living in their household; and offers problem assessment, short-term counseling, and referral to appropriate community and private services.
