Specifications include, but are not limited to: The TDCJ is seeking proposals for the operation and management of a Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) Recovery Program. The Contractor shall provide treatment services for male and female populations. The Contractor shall, in accordance with the terms of the Contract, provide all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, supplies, and Services (except as may be furnished by the Department as specifically identified within the Contact) and otherwise do all things necessary for, or incidental to, the operation and management of a Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) Recovery Program at the following locations in Texas: Facility Location Capacity Inmate Type; Coleman Lockhart 100 Female; Hamilton Bryan 400 Male
