Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor will provide the following services to University: A. Rebranding: Create a comprehensive program that includes program design and implementation with a brand communications plan and rollout of new brand campaign. 1. The Contractor will work collaboratively with the University to align, solidify, and energize the department’s public-facing brand, narrative voice, and visual identity across all channels to create top-of-mind awareness, present a compelling, innovative, positive image, and strategically engage, educate, and inspire the department’s existing and emerging audiences locally, regionally, and nationally. 2. The Contractor will assist in developing branding campaigns and managing the overall timeline for projects. 3. The Contractor will provide consistent and timely support for all branding campaigns. 4. The Contractor will develop a comprehensive multi-channel branding campaign focused on mission and narrative. B. Website Design: Create an easy to navigate website that will resonate outside of the University’s local region. The Office of Institutional Advancement seeks a complete overhaul and rebranding of their current website and multiple landing pages. 1. The Contractor will create a user-friendly website that combines all philanthropic programs, messages, and crowd funding information. 2. The Contractor will provide continuous website maintenance and support in collaboration with UTHSA Web & Digital Services’ compliance with brand strategy, web standards and guidelines.
