The marketing service should include PG campaigns and website design and maintenance for the University of Houston Systems (UHS), which includes University of Houston, University of Houston-Downtown, University of Houston-Clear Lake, University of Houston-Victoria and Houston Public Media. UHS is looking for a company that can utilize multi-channel marketing to build awareness for planned giving options among our alumni and other individual donors and help increase leads for the Office of Gift Planning. As well as creating and hosting a dynamic and easy to navigate website that provides information and is compliant and up to date with legal and legislative information that impacts and is pertinent to planned gifts. We are seeking a marketing partner that will handle all projects (print to digital and web services) from inception to completion. The marketing pieces (print and digital) need to be engaging and eye catching. We are requesting that for printed materials our marketing partner to have in-house print services or partner with an estate-of-the-art printing and mailing house that is capable of handling large volume (35,000 – 50,000) and is considered a national leader in green technology.. PG Campaigns – 2 times per year To create two multi-channel PG campaigns annually to inform and inspire 35,000 – 50,000 households to consider a planned gift as part of their philanthropy within a 3 months period. The campaigns to be conducted in Fall and Spring of each fiscal year. The campaigns to include: Custom Newsletter - Two (2) customized newsletters that includes planned giving content in an eye catching and engaging format to 35,000 households. The topic for the content will be strategically planned and coordinated with UHS marketing partner. The newsletter to be in a four-panel pleat self-mailer with 3 pages of PG content and one panel for reply and inquiry. The eNewsletter should include the exact custom content from the print newsletter. The eNewsletter should accommodate for electronic response from the recipient. Postcard -Two Post Cards – One for each campaign. The post cards to be a 2 panel post card topic based on the newsletter. The post card to include one informational panel and one reply card.
