Specifications include, but are not limited to: Conduct a 2-4 hour hybrid workshop/webinar, at the H-GAC offices, on disaster debris management preparedness and regulations and policies, both current and new. The focus of the workshop will be decided based on the response from the selected Contractor and subsequent discussions with H-GAC staff to tailor it to the needs of the region. Contractor will: • Provide a list of proposed topics • Develop all workshop materials • Conduct any needed research and data collection • Secure all workshop speakers; H-GAC staff will: • Have final approval of the workshop topic • Promote and host the event • Print any needed materials; Task 1 Deliverables: • Participate in project kick off meeting with H-GAC Staff • List of proposed topics • Development of presentation slides • Participate in pre-workshop meeting with H-GAC Staff to discuss presentation and logistics for the event • Present at the workshop...
