Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Contractor shall supply and/or install doors, hardware, locks, and provide repair and replacement of custom doors. The Contractor shall provide and/or install custom doors including but limited to fire rated doors, hollow metal doors, wood doors, aluminum doors, vertically sliding or motorized fire doors, fire rated doors, fire shutter, linen chute doors, and fusible link doors, removal of existing doors. The Contractor shall provide and/or install door hardware including but not limited to: door closures, latching hardware, locking hardware, vison kits, pulls handles, fire rated hardware, panic bars, push plates, kick plates, astragals, surface mounted closures, ligature resistant door hardware, various frames, weatherstripping, door bottom sweeps, hinges, screws, thresholds, exit devices, removal of existing frames, pins, core springs, roller assembly. Lock hardware should be installed at the time of the installation of a custom door and keys must be provided.
