Specifications include, but are not limited to: security services as described in the Scope of Services. Provide the City with uniformed attendants and supervisors certified by the Texas Department of Public Safety and operating under state and local guidelines to monitor and issue parking citations and warnings in the Downtown Parking Zone. HOURS OF OPERATION, DAILY, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST. 1.1 Attendant duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: • Patrol, observe and report • Monitor the flow of traffic • Issue tickets or warnings • Distribute Downtown Parking Guides in the Downtown Parking Zone • Maintain required documents • Monitor video systems, if any • Assist associates, clients and guests • Attend court proceedings to defend a parking citation issued by Contractor • Maintain professional standards of appearance • Notify law enforcement in the event a law is disobeyed • Perform other duties as determined by City and Contractor
