The planning and implementation of a strategy from the Firm should be conducted with heavy involvement of the following aspects: ● Downtown and Central Business District (CBD) Planning and Revitalization ● Streetscape (Sidewalks, Crosswalks, Street furniture, Wayfinding Signage, Historic Style Lighting) ● Corridor Planning and Redevelopment/Infill Development ● Transit Planning and Demand ● Transit Facility Development ● Historic Preservation ● Adaptive Re-Use of Historic Buildings ● Commercial/Residential/Retail Demand Economic Analysis ● Parking Demand Analysis, including relevant experience with Structured Parking ● Special Districts ● Federal Funding/Grants ● Public-Private Partnerships with applied successful experience in developing pro-formas and financing/implementation strategies with a demonstrated success in securing both Federal and State funding and implementing capital projects within Texas ● Any other applicable or advisable areas that are to be discussed and agreed upon between the Firm and the City.
