**Amendment 2 - 20 Aug 2024 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the deadline of the solicitation to 27 Aug 24. The RFQ has been updated to reflect response date/time is 27 August 2024, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time Zone. This is an All, Some, or None award. The Government is considering multiple quotations and shall thoroughly review partial orders for their technical feasibility.
