Specifications include, but are not limited to: - The Vendor must install all equipment in accordance with the manufacturers' specifications for the system(s) - The Vendor shall provide all materials and equipment including but not limited to antennas, routers, modems, firmware, software, configurations, labor, appliances and any other item(s) necessary to provide a complete and functional School Bus Wireless Network Service as described herein and as determined by the District. - Training on the use of the proposed equipment and management systems shall be included. - The School Bus Wireless Network Service shall connect directly via a VPN connection from any District school bus directly to the District's Network to ensure CIPA compliance. - Alternatively, the service can provide CIPA compliant filtering without the need for a VPN connection back to the District's network. - Cellular Service should be provided within the entire District boundary. Any areas within the District that are not covered must be identified. School District boundary maps can be found at: TEA School District Locator - Cellular Service shall be unlimited data for either a 1 year, 3 year or 5 year term. All Respondents must provide details on their unlimited data plans and describe in detail their data throttling policies. - Cellular Service Network Standards for each proposed service area shall be identified, e.g., 5G, 4G LTE. - Work may be performed during normal business hours during periods that are non-disruptive to the schools, e.g., summer, holidays, etc. All proposed work times must be coordinated with the District and approved prior to commencing the work.
