General Requirements (Negotiable) 1. Capability to send appointment reminders through text or emails. 2. Final checklists for action items. 3. Provide templates for daily, monthly, and annual documentation of all program activity requirements. 4. Must comply with the District, State/Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS), and Federal reporting requirements. 5. Ability to extract PRS/TPP data as outlined in the section on reports. 6. Track all health-related events and performs routine compliance checks to meet all standards and regulations. 7. Offer client-interface, ex: MyChart system. 8. Ability to send appointment reminders based on school and clinic location. System Requirements - Process Management (Non-Negotiable) 1. The system must provide District, school group, and school level users with real time access to a single centralized database that instantaneously reflects changes made anywhere in the District. 2. The ability to search for students by school, school group, division, feeder pattern, date of birth, zip code, name, and or identification number (ID). 3. The system must be capable of importing selected fields of data from the SIMS or ODS on a periodic basis. 4. The system will provide a browser enabled user interface for access via the districtwide area network, and/or via the internet. 5. Training will be tailored specifically to the needs of school-based staff, of providers, and of administrative staff including manuals customized for Dallas ISD. 6. The vendor will provide technical support to Dallas ISD staff for the length of the contract. 7. The vendor will provide on-site or remote technical support until successful installations are completed. 8. The vendor will provide telephone and other communicative device support for the length of the contract. 9. The vendor will provide customized system training to Dallas ISD management and users during and after system installation for an agreed upon set time. 10. The vendor will provide data transfer from the current system to the new system. Access to all data, not partial. 11. The vendor will provide data conversion support. 12. The vendor will provide implementation support. 13. The system will support real-time, districtwide business process information. 14. The system will enable data auditing for compliance management and procedural performance analysis purposes. 15. The system will store, display, and make available the historical student files from Dallas ISD's previous system. 16. The system will interface with existing District systems and data sources. 17. The system will produce all necessary State mandated and Dallas ISD ad hoc reports. 18. Implementation process management, training, and technical support will be included to management and users.
