Specifications include, but are not limited to: Responding companies are requested to provide qualifications and prepare a detailed scope of proposed work for consideration. The City of Portland desires to contract with a company with a demonstrated track record of operating restaurants, performance venues, and multipurpose event venues. The scope of the work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Operate the full-service restaurant, terrace bar, and any associated pop-up spaces throughout the facility. 2. Manage the day-to-day operations of the entire facility, including custodial, janitorial , and specified maintenance services. 3. Arrange and book concerts, events, programs, and rentals at the facility. 4. Coordinate with City Staff for Parks and Recreation Department programming. 5. All other activities described in the Fifth & Elm Restaurant Lease and Facility Management Agreement.
