The selected Provider(s) will perform, or cause to be performed, comprehensive financial and underwriting services relating to long-term disaster recovery programs in Texas. These comprehensive financial and underwriting services shall include assisting GLO with establishing and maintaining financial processes, ensuring proper documentation prior to disbursement of funds, assisting GLO with applicable financial reporting and reconciliation, developing and maintaining program and project budgets, and assisting with closeout at all levels and of the overall grant. Respondent must be able to perform or cause to be performed all of the service categories listed herein to be considered eligible for award under this Solicitation. Respondent should provide a detailed narrative of its experience as it relates to each of the service categories and clearly indicate if it intends to provide these services in house with existing staff or through subcontracting or partnership arrangements.
