A. The Contractor forces must remove and relocate the affected existing DPS site components or equipment deemed required to support the overall installation. Any equipment relocation must be done under the direction of the DPS Contract Monitor. However, due to liability requirements, the Contractor may not store project equipment, materials, or other components without the consent of the affected DPS staff and holds the agency harmless for theft, material loss, or equipment damage from sources beyond the agency’s control. B. All work must be done in a timely manner. The Contractor must provide a backup plan to continue with the fire extinguisher inspection if unforeseen outside conditions affect this project’s work stoppage. C.
