1. Concrete Foundation Construct a reinforced concrete foundation to support the pump house, fire pump, and associated equipment. Follow designed foundation that is capable to handle the static and dynamic loads as per the project specifications. Provide a smooth and level finish, meeting structural and durability requirements. 2. Metal Building Erect a metal building with insulated R-panel siding and cementitious siding on all edges. Include one (1) double hollow metal door set in a hollow metal frame, painted with durable, weatherresistant coating. Ensure the building is equipped with HVAC to maintain required environmental conditions for the equipment. 3. Fire Pump Installation Install an Aurora In-Line Pump Model 4-383-9C or an approved equivalent, as specified in the project drawings. Connect the pump to the existing 8" suction control valve leading to an existing metal tank. Configure the pump outlet to the existing tank with new piping and valve train arrangement, ensuring alignment with the provided design. 4. Valve and Piping System Install and test the following components as per project drawings: Two (2) 8" water hammer arresters. One (1) 8" swing check valve (Series 411). One (1) 8" permanent blow-off valve (above ground). Ensure all piping connections are leak-proof, aligned, and supported per design specifications.
