Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Vendors shall offer a discount from published catalog prices. 2. The vendors(s) must provide an on-line catalog. 3. Bid information will be furnished to all campuses. Ordering and direct delivery will involve all locations within Northside Independent School District. 4. The percent of discount bid must remain the same throughout the contract period. 5. Northside Independent School District will apply the discount to the total amount of each purchase.
