1. Provide a workplan on the Pearson VUE GED Testing Center setup and technical requirements for the online services. 2. Provide a description of the steps and how the service would operate. The services are intended to enable TJJD to establish online testing centers at each of the TJJD correctional facilities as required by TEA. 3. Be Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (Fed-RAMP) Certified or have the ability to become Texas Risk and Authorization Management Program (TX-RAMP) Certified. 4. Provide software/licensure for TJJDto access GED pretest and testing, that can be delivered via online computerbased testing services at multiple TJJD locations as identified in Exhibit D, Service Locations. 5. Services provided by the Respondent should include the following: a. Collaborate with TJJD to address test-takers’ accommodation issues and requests. b. Collaborate with TJJD to develop online testing policies and procedures consistent with TJJD protocols and confidentiality policies. c. Provide necessary training to TJJD education administrators and test proctors at each identified facility regarding the implementation of high school equivalency online pretesting and testing relative to the Respondent’s programming. d. Provide identified TJJD education division personnel access to all TJJD student high school equivalency testing data and reports. e. Generate reports for TJJD administrative staff when requested to include: i. Test Scores; ii. Pre-Tests Scores; iii. Number of students participating in GED programming online; iv. Number of students tested; v. Number of students earning their GED; vi. Number of cancellations or no-shows; and vii. Number of rescheduled tests. 6. Provide guidelines regarding test retakes. 7. Provide ongoing consultation and updates throughout the term of the contract. 8. Agree to follow TJJD policies applicable to this service, including but not limited to cyber-security requirements, and confidentiality polices.
