Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Defined repeatable process of discovery, sketching capabilities, revised concepts, production design, production, and installation if applicable. • Ability of effectively assess and audit current website and messaging systems to determine course of action to better brand in institution. • Ability to research and measure public sentiment and perception of existing website and brand messaging. • Ability to conduct full brand audit and recommendations, including but not limited to brand vision, brand aesthetic, brand awareness, messaging, and brand vibrancy. Must be able to provide references to meet these requirements. • Ability to conduct full website audit and recommendations including but not limited to user design and user experience consistent with university brand and provide insight into best practices. • Ability to develop recommendations and course of action for website and messaging that enhances brand positioning. • Ability to develop distinct messaging matrix to enhance brand positioning. • Full design, video, and editing capabilities to support ancillary needs of the institution. Must provide examples of such content. • Proven ability to work with small universities to develop budget-friendly solutions. • No less than three (3) not more than six (6) examples of completed projects at small universities. • Provide annual update agreement and service agreement for technology.
