Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1. The successful candidate will deliver the following items listed in this section to offer basic and indepth FTHB information and home buying instruction with the goal of promoting the TDHCA Homeownership Programs to mortgage lenders, real estate professionals and eligible Texas homebuyers. 3.2. Work with a team that include but may not be limited to internal program and marketing and communications staff, and TDHCA leadership. 3.3. Work within existing website Craft formatting to expand functionality and maintain secure data or offer acceptable website format option that offers greater flexibility and creative output, while furthering brand development that may include: 3.4. Utilize the list below on any developments or creations for the program: 3.4.1. Background element(s), e.g., texture, pattern, gradation,etc. 3.4.2. Color palette with colors identified in Pantone Matching System (PMS)codes 3.4.3. Font(s): PC-compatible 3.4.4. Graphic element style, e.g., line art, symbols, 3-Dimensional, etc. 3.4.5. Photo style, e.g., knockout, soft focus, etc. 3.4.6. Typographic hierarchy, e.g., heading (level 1), subheadings (levels 2 and 3), body copy (level 4) 3.4.7. Slogan/tagline 3.4.8. Icon(s) 3.4.9. Additional Vendor recommended elements. 3.5. Provide social media and email strategy development, implementation and management, including but not limited to: 3.5.1. Message identification and development 3.5.2. Accessible art development 3.5.3. Broadcast email template development 3.5.4. Track electronic and social media results/response 3.5.5. Monitor and recommend strategies to maximize results 3.6. Provide fair housing and fair lending compliant graphic design and layout services for marketing materials for digital, print and collateral materials upon request. 3.6.1. Templates for certain marketing materials to be produced by TDHCA staff. One template and/or shell for each of the following items, including but not be limitedto: 3.6.1.1. Ads, including but not limited to print and digital, such as Google ads, which may include Google ad words, Search EngineOptimization 3.6.1.2. Banners 3.6.1.3. Brochures, booklets, handbooks, etc. 3.6.1.4. Handouts, fliers 3.6.1.5. Posters 3.6.1.6. PowerPoint Presentations 3.6.2. Additional items requiring graphic design and layout services may be requested as needed. 3.6.3. For all graphic design and layout items: 3.6.3.1. TDHCA staff will develop content and handle printing for all creative material developed and delivered, unless otherwise requested. 3.6.3.2. TDHCA may provide fair housing and fair lending compliant photographs and/or use photographs. 3.6.3.3. Vendor will develop and provide all print specifications toTDHCA. 3.6.3.4. TDHCA will contract all print production services in accordance withState requirements
