Specifications include, but are not limited to: Rooms within hotel facility for overflow housing students beginning on Monday, August 19, 2024. Rooms would be renewable weekly through January 26, 2024, as needed, with a room reduction option included with 5-day notice to the facility to remove the rooms from use. Housing and Residential Life staff will be placed to live in facility to work with students. Additionally, use of public spaces, meeting rooms, etc. at no additional cost to provide resources and programs to students living within the facilities. Property should be within a reasonable distance from campus and have access for campus bus transportation to be able to pull into parking area and retrieve students. Preference will be given to facilities which can provide large blocks of rooms or entire floors of the facility.
