Specifications include, but are not limited to: Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) is seeking proposals from Respondents experienced in providing turnkey retail services in a fast-paced environment for the operation of the GO TEXAN (GT) Popup Store at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo (HLSR). Services to be provided by the selected Respondent (Contractor) include, but are not limited to: inventory receiving, stocking, hiring and supervising qualified, professional store staff, operating cash registers, sales tracking, accounting, distribution of revenues, and effectively communicating with GT partners that supply inventory for sale in the GT Popup Store. Contractor is expected to provide exemplary customer service to meet the needs and expectations of our GT partners and constituents. Contractor will be required to provide TDA with the deliverables as specified in this RFP and as agreed upon under any contract(s) resulting from this solicitation.
