Specifications include, but are not limited to: The vendors are expected to furnish services and support as required by the members. All products offered under a resulting agreement shall be new and currently available. Proposals must include a full description of products and services that are being offered. Services may include but are not limited to delivery, assembly/setup, installation/de-installation, staging/deployment, and support/training. The ESC-2 recognizes that any one supplier may not provide all products and services. All specialty items available from the vendors or distributors are also part of this solicitation. The US Department of Education awarded a discretionary grant, Innovative Approaches to Literacy (IAL) to ESC-2. Project LEARN IT (Literacy Excellence and Academic Readiness for Nurturing Innovative Thinkers) will improve literacy through innovative library designs and delivery of literacy services. The purpose of the library redesigns it to create inviting, literacy-rich environments that promote reading and provide high-quality materials and resources for students in rural and economically disadvantaged school districts.
