Harris County is soliciting bids for a term contract to provide jury meals services (lunch and dinner) for jurors and attending bailiff(s) in the District Courts, County Criminal Courts, County Civil Courts, Probate Courts, and Juvenile Courts on an as-needed basis whenever juries are in session for Harris County for one (1) year beginning approximately June 1, 2024. Services shall include lunch and dinner at the vendor's place of business within walking distance from Courthouse Complex and will also require delivery to a jury while in session. It is the intent of Harris County to award multiple vendors thereby creating a pool of vendors to provide all or a subset of described services on an as needed basis throughout the contract period.
