Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Region One Cafeteria Benefits Plan applies to both full-time employees of Region One as well as Substitute Teachers supporting Region One. Region One currently provides a monthly contribution of $617.58 for full-time employee and $305.18 for substitute teachers which may be used in the Cafeteria Plan to purchase Core Insurance Products (Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance and Life Insurance) and several Supplemental Insurance Products. There are also products which must be purchased entirely through participant funds. All benefits and current contributions are documented in the enclosed Attachments, including Region 1 ESC Brochure All Cafeteria Benefits 2023-2024 Current Administrators of the program are as follows; however, a separate RFP is being conducted for TPA services for fiscal year 2024-2025: • Frates Benefit Administrators is the Administrator of the Cafeteria Benefits Plan, as well as the COBRA Administrator and Flexible Spending Account Administrator; and • National Benefits Service, LLC (NBS) is the Administrator of the 403B Plan.
