FBISD seeks proposals for commercially available wireless service (data plans) to provide ERate-eligible off-premises Wi-Fi access for eligible users. Specifically, the District requires: • Approximately 100 wireless internet service plans. • Approximately 100 hotspot devices for staff and students Services must cover the geographic area in and around the District's boundaries within Fort Bend County, Texas. The successful vendor(s) will include in their proposal price, at a minimum, the following: 1. Average 4G LTE download speeds in the 5 to 200 Mbps range (+/-) and 5G service up to 1000 Mbps if available. Unlimited data preferred. 2. All proposals must include the complete cost to connect to and work with the wireless network. 3. The proposals must identify any costs for ineligible components and/or services. 4. The proposals must ensure that their cost proposals include estimates for all applicable taxes, fees and surcharges from which the Owner is not exempt or that is imposed or assessed by the Respondent.
