For seeking a vendor(s) to provide all labor and equipment to perform the outlined services within the City of Keller city limits. The following specifications are for six different areas defined as follows: Town Center Area A – All rights-of-way from the south right-of-way of Bear Creek Pkwy north to and including the medians on Keller Pkwy/FM 1709 and to the west to and including the medians on Rufe Snow Drive to the Keller Pointe entrance and east to and including both rights-of-way and medians on Keller Smithfield Road within Town Center from the north end of Keller Smithfield Road south to the southern end of Keller Smithfield Activity Node on the west side and the southern end of Fire Station #1 on the east side. This includes the maintenance of the Photinias and Ligustrum along the Villas of Town Center masonry walls on both Keller Smithfield and Bear Creek Parkway. This area also includes Town Center Lane, Country Brook Lane and Town Center North Lake, and the northeast corner of Bear Creek Pkwy and Keller Smithfield Road, and the landscaped areas of the drainage channel from 1709 to the North Lake. Town Center Area B – All developed park lands beginning at the south edge of Bear Creek Pkwy rights-of-way to the edge of the tree line on the south lake and the western edge of the Keller Town Hall Parking lot to the edge of the tree line on the eastern edge of the south lake. Additionally, The Keller Pointe site is included from the back of the curb of Rufe Snow Drive to the west side of the eastern creek channel and from the north side of the creek channel to the tree line along Big Bear Creek south of the entrance drive. Keller Police Station – Landscaped areas between the east rights-of-way on Pate Orr Rd east to and including the west rights-of-way on Rufe Snow Drive and from the southern property line of the creek to Bear Creek Pkwy. Keller Fire Station #1 – All landscaped areas within the property on the southeast corner of Bear Creek Parkway and Keller Smithfield Road. Moviehouse – All landscaped areas from the southern property line of Kroger Grocery Store to northern property line of creek between west rights-of-way on Rufe Snow Drive east to the brick columns on the property, also including the strip of landscaped area north of the creek west to the back of the Moviehouse property.
