Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Region One Education Service Center Library Services and Instructional Resources Cooperative is soliciting proposals from qualified bidders to provide goods and services for PK-12 schools in the Region One ESC area for approximately 400, 000 students and over 600 campuses and other eligible entities within the Region One ESC service area. The Region One Education Service Center Library Services and Instructional Resources Cooperative is seeking Library, STEM and Technology related goods and services to meet the needs of its cooperative members. This includes, but not limited to: library instructional software and applications, library books, library supplies, library magazine subscriptions, library audio visual equipment, library consultants, Library, STEM, and CTE furniture, STEM and CTE curriculum and certifications, STEM and CTE software applications and licenses, STEM and CTE supplies, equipment and tools, STEM and CTE consultants, other technology hardware, other technology equipment other library, STEM, and technology goods and services. Item descriptions, specifications and/or technical requirements are provided for items and an opportunity for Vendors to provide a price list or other items not specified in the items tab. Region One ESC and its Co-op members are required to conduct a cost or price analysis for the procurement of goods and/or services not listed in the items tab, and within the scope of services offered with this bid solicitation. The Library Services and Instructional Resources Cooperative anticipates more than one successful bidder to this RFP to meet the needs of its cooperative members.
