a. Enforcing all park rules. b. Enforcing all applicable local, state, and federal ordinances or laws. c. Monitoring admittance of personnel and authorized visitors to the facilities. d. Making rounds and inspections to determine whether fences, gates, doors, and windows are properly closed and/or locked and properly secured. e. Investigating unusual or suspicious conditions. f. Preventing trespass, damage, or theft of property. g. Inspecting parking areas. h. Interacting in a professional manner with the public; assisting clients with direction. i. Maintain a visible presence in populated areas at all times. j. Security personnel must conduct 2-foot patrols per hour along park camping and day use picnic areas k. Notifying appropriate personnel and local authorities when emergencies occur. l. Reporting any dishonest or criminal act committed on premises by personnel or other persons. m. Security must complete incident reports for any injury, property damage, or situations when authorities are notified of criminal or aggressive behavior. n. Security personnel must complete a written daily shift incident summary. o. Traffic-control duties may be included at some assignments. p. Clearing Park upon closing of all unauthorized patrons.
