Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Austin, hereinafter referred to as the City, through its Parks and Recreation Department (PARD), seeks proposals from firms or individuals qualified and experienced in tennis facility management to manage operations at the Burnett “Blondie” Pharr Tennis Center (Pharr), a Parks and Recreation facility, located at 4201 Brookview Road, Austin, Texas 78722. 5.2.8 The contractorshall use a maximum of four tennis courts for lessons and/or clinics, seven days a week, from facility opening to closing. Lesson Court fees apply. The practice court may be used for instruction from opening to 4 pm, Monday – Friday. 5.2.8.1 The contractor shall make a minimum of four tennis courts available for lessons and/or clinics weekdays from opening to 6:00 p.m. 5.2.8.2 The contractor shall make a minimum of two tennis courts available for lessons and/or clinics after 6:00 p.m. until closing. 5.2.9 Contractors may hold tennis-related special events or other tennis-related activities that complement the City’s vision for the Facility in accordance with City rules and regulations.
