Specifications include, but are not limited to: University Health’s Integrity Services Department is seeking an external auditing resource that can provide innovative educational solutions as well as timely, automated auditing and reporting capabilities for compliance in University Health’s revenue cycle activities. Provider documentation and coding education will be a significant component of the Program. Compliance will be measured through regularly scheduled quarterly compliance reviews. The Program’s goals are to 1) improve Provider satisfaction with educational and auditing activities, 2) improve Provider ICD-10 documentation and coding proficiency, 3) obtain 90% compliance accuracy for all University Health (UH) claims within two years and 4) reduce coding related denials. Ideally, University Health is looking for one respondent to provide both the auditing and the education and competencies training. However, the education and competencies training may be considered for a separate award.
