Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide a daily pick-up, Monday through Friday, excluding County holidays (https://www.dentoncounty.gov/calendar), between the hours of 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM for one (1) Jail location: a. Pre-Trial Facility, 1406 Troy H. LaGrone Dr., Denton, TX, 76205 2. Awarded vendor will be notified on an as-needed basis for pick-ups occasionally required at: a. Juvenile Health Services, 210 S. Woodrow Lane, Denton, TX, 76205 3. Specimens requiring STAT electrolyte, CBC, CMP, D-Dimer, Lipase, and Procalcitonin testing shall be requested as needed. The vendor shall pick up, process, and transmit STAT lab results into eCW within four (4) hours of the pick-up time. Critical lab values will require phone notification to the submitting department. a. STAT pick-up times would apply to normal business hours and will exclude County holidays. 4. Results from EMIT screening test and various routine chemistry tests will be transmitted to the submitting site via eCW between 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM the morning following specimen pick-up (i.e. approximately 12 to 18 hours after pick-up). 5. In situations where an inmate is being housed or transported outside of Denton County and laboratory tests are conducted, the vendor agrees that pricing for such tests shall be consistent with the pricing for laboratory tests conducted within Denton County. Any variations or discrepancies in pricing must be reported and resolved with Denton County promptly.
