Specifications include, but are not limited to: 8.1. Provide customized mental health education services to the TXDOT Amarillo District. NOTE: The current number of employees (FTE’s) within the TxDOT Amarillo District is 380. This number may change at time of services rendered. 8.2. Meet with TxDOT Amarillo District Leaders and Wellness Program staff. Meetings shall be in person. Meetings shall accomplish selection of training topics and content. Meetings shall facilitate the development of training presentation materials. Vendor shall formulate a mutually agreeable training topic list. Vendor must include information provided by TxDOT in the training presentations. 8.3. Formulate a mutually agreeable training implementation plan. Meet on an as needed basis to facilitate the implementation and administration of the training plan. 8.4. Develop one in-person supervisor training session. The supervisor training sessions should be 2-4 hours in length and cover mental health topics requested by Amarillo District Leaders. Vendor shall include specific information provided by TxDOT in the training session, including but not limited to EAP program info. 8.5. Conduct the supervisor training session within a contracted year. The supervisor training sessions shall be held at the district headquarters in Amarillo. 8.6. Develop in-person employee training sessions. The employee training sessions should be 2-3 hours in length and cover mental health topics identified in training topic list. 8.7. Conduct employee training sessions within a contracted year. Employee training sessions shall be conducted in accordance with the training implementation plan. 8.8. Provide one-on-one telephone follow up coaching for district supervisors and managers based on the training. Phone call durations shall be charged at 15 minute increments. 8.9. Provide summary reports within 10 working days to TxDOT to include: 8.9.1. Post training synopsis 8.9.2. Recommendations for future training sessions 8.9.3. Sign-In Sheets 8.9.4. Class-evaluation survey 8.10. Provide a primary POC. 8.11. Respond via telephone or email to TxDOT within 24 hours of being contacted by TxDOT. 8.12. Provide an updated list of all vendor personnel or subcontractors at each job site and comply with all security measures required by TxDOT. 8.13. Conduct driver license checks annually on vendor staff that drive to and from TxDOT work locations to verify compliance with paragraph 7.5. 8.14. Begin work within 14 calendar days after the issuance of the contract.
